  • When should my order arrive?


  • Usually, from the day you order, you can expect to receive your order in around 3 - 12 business days. It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

    Fmsbag.com will provide tracking number by Email after we have packed your order, which usually takes 1- 2 working days.

    We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. 

    What if my order is later than expected?

    If your order hasn't reached you within 15 business days, contact us and we'll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.

    How do I track my order?

    Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You can also track your order with the tracking number at here:

    The tracking information hasn't been updated. Is the order stuck?

    A number of shipping partners update tracking information when a package is received at each stage of the delivery path.

    Generally, the package is still on the way, just waiting to be scanned at the next sorting facility.

At fmsbag  we strive to offer 100% satisfaction to all our valued customers. We offer a refund or exchange/costume alternation for defective items, missing items, or items significantly different from our description.

1. Wrong size, defective, missing items, or items significantly different from our store description.

Customer should contact us within 7 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or refund.

Please note that only the list price for returned items will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Returns must be made through registered mail at the customer’s expense. Please provide an online delivery tracking number.

The following items Are Excluded from Return or Exchange Policy:

2. Order Cancellation/Change Order

Please check your order for backpack carefully before submitting. In the event that a mistake has been made on order that has already been processed, please email us within 48 hours after submitting, the order Cancellations or changes to the order will not be accepted after this time.

If the order has already shipped, Fmsbag.com will not be responsible for any additional cost to correct the order.

3. Incorrect Delivery Address

Fmsbag.com ships all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting all required address information. In the event that shipping information was incorrect or incomplete during the checkout process, Fmsbag.com will not be responsible for any additional charges to reship or retrieve a package.

PAYMENT

Purchasing with a Credit Card through PayPay, no PayPal account needed.

Choose PayPal as your payment method and click Check out with PayPal.

Once You're Redirected to PayPal

1) Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card.

2) You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

3) You'll need to enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

4) Click Continue to return to Etsy Checkout to review and submit your final order.

Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit Order on Fmsbag.

NotePayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature.
