**Return and Exchange Policy** 

 

**Return Conditions**    

  The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all original tags and accessories.    

  Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

**Exchange Conditions**    

  To request an exchange, the product must meet the return conditions. 

  Exchanges are limited to the size or color of the same product. 

 

**Return Process** 

  You can use email (support@fmsbag.com). Contact us and we will reply within 24 hours.    

  After receiving return authorization, ship the product back to the designated address with the return form.

  Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. 

**Refund Method**    

  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.    

  If paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card balance. 

 

**Shipping Fees** 

-For returns due to product quality issues, shipping fees will be covered by us. 

-For returns due to personal reasons, shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. 

 

Lost Packages:

Product Not Received Even Though Tracking Shows Delivered.

If the postal system tracking shows the product was delivered but you did not receive the product please contact your local post office with tracking information.  If they are unable to locate your package contact us and we will reship your order.  We cannot offer refunds on orders that show a confirmed delivery.

 

Cancellation:

Please make sure your address is correct and you are ready to complete your purchase before you buy.  Our ordering system is automated and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled if you change your mind.  If you ask for a cancellation within 24 hours of your order and we are unable to cancel you may still return your order for a refund.  You must pay for return shipping.
