Return & exchanges Policy
1. Eligibility
Return Window: Items can be returned within 90 days from the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Defective or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, customized incorrectly, or the wrong item/size is received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for verification.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all original tags and accessories.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

3. Refund & Exchange
Refund: Full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchange: We offer free size or color exchanges for defective or incorrect items (merchant covers shipping).
4. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: For returns not related to product defects (e.g., change of mind, wrong purchase), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Discounted USPS or FedEx labels can be provided.
Merchant Responsibility: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
5. Return Process
Contact: Email support@fmsbag.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Approval: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) code.
Refund/Exchange: After receiving the returned item in approved condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 1–3 business days.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for items returned without original packaging or not in original condition.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement at no charge.
If the order has already shipped, please wait to receive it and then request a return. Return shipping fees for non-defective cancellations will be the customer’s responsibility.
